Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-returnable.

Each piece we create is handcrafted to order, often with personalized specifications or designs. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@caracarametal.com. We’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.
