Well-crafted and solidly built. Very useful for fly movements at several different angles, but can also be used for single arm row and pull exercises. This is my second piece of equipment from Caracara metal (I also have the footplate) and I've been incredibly impressed with both.
This thing is built like a tank and fits like a glove. Doing low rows on my Bells of Steel tower from a bench rather than the floor is awesome. Ryan was fantastic to deal with and I already ordered the cable fly attachment based on the quality of the foot plate and the customer service.
I had previously bought the low row footplate from Caracara and was blown away by the quality and purchased the leg holder attachment as well. It is a quality piece. It is well-built, attaches easily and doesn’t budge when attached. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. The only similar piece on the market is from StrayDog Strength and their leg holder attaches from the side of the rack which does not allow for nearly as many attachments points as the Caracara leg holder which attaches from the front (I have a Rogue Monster Lite HR-2).
The knee pad for latpulldown works great… the fit was good and sturdy . Shipping was fast which I appreciate. I will probably purchase the foot pad for rows in future …
I have a Rogue HR-2 rack and have very limited space for my gym utilizing one bay of a two-car garage. I bought the Beyond Power Voltra to use for cable exercises and bought this for seated rows with the Voltra. I utilize my squat box as the seat. This low row foot plate is very well-built. It is high quality and it doesn't move when attached to the rack. It has material between where the metal attaches to your rack so there is no scratching of your rack. It is lightweight and attaches/removes easily. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.
