This Leg Holder/Knee Pad Attachment for your Power Rack is designed specifically to work with the Dialed Motion Cable System. The difference being the pad is offset 2.5" from the center of your rack (1" off the end of the upright), which puts it in a line with the cable. It attaches easily to any power rack, whether it's 3x3 or 2x3 in size, similar to a j-cup style attachment. The two-hole design accommodates a hitch pin or mag pin, ensuring a tight and secure fit.
Constructed from1/4" mild steel, this attachment is designed for durability.
The pad is positioned 6 inches off the upright. Each pad measures 8 inches in width and 4 inches in diameter, making the total width of the leg holder 16 inches.
