This Leg Holder Attachment for your Power Rack allows you to perform seated pull downs using your rack upright and pulley system. It attaches easily to any power rack, whether it's 3x3 or 2x3 in size, similar to a j-cup style attachment. The two-hole design accommodates a hitch pin or mag pin, ensuring a tight and secure fit.

Constructed from 3/16" mild steel, this attachment is designed for durability and will not bend or break.
