This Leg Holder Attachment for your Power Rack allows you to perform seated pull downs using your rack upright and pulley system. It attaches easily to any power rack, whether it's 3x3 or 2x3 in size, similar to a j-cup style attachment. The two-hole design accommodates a hitch pin or mag pin, ensuring a tight and secure fit.

- All footplates come with 1/4" thick plastic protective liners
Dimensions:
- Depth: 10" inches off the upright
- Width: 16" wide (two 8" wide x 4" diameter leather pads)
- Attachment thickness: 1/4"
All of my attachments are designed to work with power racks or squat racks that feature uprights with 2" hole spacing on center.
If your rack uses a different hole spacing — such as 4" on center, 1.5" on center, or metric-based spacing (e.g., 25mm on center) — it will require a custom order.
It is your responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchasing.

I had previously bought the low row footplate from Caracara and was blown away by the quality and purchased the leg holder attachment as well. It is a quality piece. It is well-built, attaches easily and doesn’t budge when attached. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. The only similar piece on the market is from StrayDog Strength and their leg holder attaches from the side of the rack which does not allow for nearly as many attachments points as the Caracara leg holder which attaches from the front (I have a Rogue Monster Lite HR-2).
