Well-crafted and solidly built. Very useful for fly movements at several different angles, but can also be used for single arm row and pull exercises. This is my second piece of equipment from Caracara metal (I also have the footplate) and I've been incredibly impressed with both.
This thing is built like a tank and fits like a glove. Doing low rows on my Bells of Steel tower from a bench rather than the floor is awesome. Ryan was fantastic to deal with and I already ordered the cable fly attachment based on the quality of the foot plate and the customer service.
I had previously bought the low row footplate from Caracara and was blown away by the quality and purchased the leg holder attachment as well. It is a quality piece. It is well-built, attaches easily and doesn’t budge when attached. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it. The only similar piece on the market is from StrayDog Strength and their leg holder attaches from the side of the rack which does not allow for nearly as many attachments points as the Caracara leg holder which attaches from the front (I have a Rogue Monster Lite HR-2).
The knee pad for latpulldown works great… the fit was good and sturdy . Shipping was fast which I appreciate. I will probably purchase the foot pad for rows in future …
I have a Rogue HR-2 rack and have very limited space for my gym utilizing one bay of a two-car garage. I bought the Beyond Power Voltra to use for cable exercises and bought this for seated rows with the Voltra. I utilize my squat box as the seat. This low row foot plate is very well-built. It is high quality and it doesn't move when attached to the rack. It has material between where the metal attaches to your rack so there is no scratching of your rack. It is lightweight and attaches/removes easily. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend it.
This hamstring Nordic curl attachment has been a game changer for my Rogue Fitness wall-mounted rack. It's perfect for helping myself and my clients build strong hamstrings and recover from injuries. The setup was quick and easy, and it's incredibly stable. It also saves space and allows for band-assisted variations. I looked at every conceivable Nordic attachment for a rack on the market, and this one was the best by far. Small footprint, simple, effective, and well-built.
It's very solid, and fits well on my Rep Fitness 4000 series 3x3" rack with 5/8" holes. Certainly does what it promises and provides a good way to do Nordics. I initially skipped the magnetic pin, but after using my other rack pins I would suggest going for the magnetic pin as it gets out of the way of your feet better when using the attachment on your rack. The only way to improve this product would be to make it somehow adjustable so you could vary the height off the floor a few inches, but I'm not sure that this would be possible in a way that would keep the same high standard of manufacturing the attachment has. I should note that it's already "adjustable" in the sense that you can obviously move it up and down to different holes on the rack, as well as flip it upside down to give you different height options.
We’re super happy with the Nordic Curl attachment. It feels like it’s built solid and the pads for the ankles are comfortable. It fit perfectly on our Titan rig using existing hardware and installed in minutes. There’s super helpful content on the instagram page to warm up to doing full reps without smashing your face. Looking forward to becoming less quad dominant with this addition to our home gym!
Had some issues finding the right hardware to mount to my rack but once I was able to sort that out I have really enjoyed using it. Very well made and great communication from the seller.
The quality of this Nordic Curl attachment is on par with the best commercial gym equipment. A fantastic addition to my power rack.
